ENERGY STAR® Program Overview

Building Science Corporation is proud to be an partner of the EPA/DOE ENERGY STAR® Program. Any Building America home built to the BSC performance criteria automatically meets the ENERGY STAR® Program. To date, over 8,931 homes in 135 developments in 18 states have received ENERGY STAR® Certification through Building Science Consortium. Here are several examples of BSC projects and ENERGY STAR® Homes:

  • 199 at Prairie Crossing in Grayslake, Illinois
  • 2286 at Pulte Home Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • 168 at Pulte Home Corporation in Minnesota
  • 1467 by Artistic Homes in Albuquerque, New Mexico
  • 16 Health-E Enterprise homes in Atlanta, Georgia.
