The RSPEC (Reduce Swimming Pool Energy Costs) Program was an initiative of the U.S. Department of Energy's Institutional Conservation Program (ICP). The program was operated through the Denver Regional Office. The goal of the program was to assist pool owners and operators in reducing their pool energy costs.  Numerous fact sheets were produced, a software program was written and distributed, and a presentation was produced. All these materials are available here.  Although no longer supported, you are free to download and use these materials.
