Google Android Email Setup

The information that you will need is:

• Email Address:
• Account Username:
• Account Password:
• POP3 Incoming Mail Server: (mail.yourdomain.xxx)
• SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: (mail.yourdomain.xxx)

Other Settings

• Outgoing Mail Server Requires Password Authentication (needs a password to send)
• Change outgoing SMTP server port from 25 to 366 (some ISPs block port 25)

Setup Directions

1. Open your email program
2. Click on menu
3. Click on more
4. Click on New Account
5. Click on Other (POP3/IMAP)
6. Enter email address
7. Enter Password
8. Click on Manual Setup
9. Replace username (given to you)
10. POP Server: mail.yourdomainname.xxx (given to you)
11. Security type: None
12. Server Port: 110
13. Click Next
14. Check Login Required
15. Enter username (given to you)
16. Enter password (given to you)
17. SMTP Server: mail.yourdomainname.xxx (given to you)
18. Security type: None
19. Server Port: 366 (some ISPs block port 25)
20. Click Next
21. Account Name: Leave email address as Account Name
22. Your Name: Type in the name that you want the receiver to see
23. If this is your primary account, click on Make this my default mail account
24. Click Finish Setup
